All positions are open to internal mobility. You take control of your own mobility: each of you has access to our dedicated platform, managed by all the Group's HR teams. You can therefore freely apply for positions and initiate an internal mobility process. An internal mobility project is anticipated and can be discussed in complete transparency with your manager, and can be prepared with the HR teams in your country, confidentially or not, depending on your choice. It's up to each and every one of us, managers and employees alike, to bring these principles to life collectively and make them an asset to the Group's growth. How to do it ?

How to apply ? Simply consult the available positions in the "Our internal jobs" section of this site. Once you've found the job you're looking for, click on "Apply" and fill in the required fields (name of current manager, languages spoken, job expertise). Don't forget to attach your updated CV and fill in the "accompanying note" to specify your short-term career development wishes. It's important to apply on this site as a matter of priority, so as to be identified and visible to internal recruiters. How to track my application ? Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a message acknowledging receipt. There are two possible scenarios: - you are contacted by the recruiter, who informs you of the next steps in the process. - you are not contacted - don't be disappointed, other opportunities are available. Your career development wishes are recorded and you are identified as being open to mobility.

Live my life as a QHSE Manager at Newrest, by Christine !

I joined Newrest in 2011 as a quality controller in Uganda until 2016. In 2019, I was offered an expatriate position in Newrest Ghana as Quality Assurance Manager. Ghana was the epic of my carrier and the most interesting and rewarding professional journey as I was appointed to support our operations in Nigeria, Zambia, Liberia, Uganda and South Africa. I was also privileged to support a massive startup with Scandinavian airlines in Denmark and Sweden. Lately I started an exciting role in Newrest Angola. I am very passionate about food, and I am grateful that my work at Newrest allows me the unique opportunity to contribute to the global food system. I’m blessed to have been, and I am still, surrounded by a number of fantastic mentors and colleagues who have helped me achieve more than I could have by myself.
